I was wondering how the exploration mechanics work in the game, for the full board reach goal vs the tiles? Explain what will change exactly. Thanks! Awesome game, can't wait to get my hands on the final product!

If/when the ‘planet tile’ game board Stretch Goal (200K) is achieved will the tiles be fabricated from the same material (thickness weight) of the main board which would limit the possibility of them being bumped about during play?

So I have a group that somewhat shies away from direct conflict. Are there multiple paths to victory that allow for aggressive vs less aggressive strategies? They will play games like Bloodrage, but it has that Euro feel to the aggression. Thanks!

Hey Ryan, with the idea of planet variability via randomized planet tokens, I was wondering how this may affect the cohesive nature of the narrative that seemed to be strengthened by the more static nature of a board? Looking forward to another great RRG product!

EotVII will ship with 5 different races. We have seen the Nomads of Earth, Parasites of Sreech and the 7th Academy of Eegh. Which will be the final 2 races that will be part of the game? What was the reason not bring back the the other races from the original and will we see them in a future expansion?

Should the later SGs not be achieved, and assuming that some of these were the minis advertised previously (Mining Colony, Space Station, etc.), will you offer them as a separate purchase at some point in the future?

What’s the chance of good tokens being initially placed face down to further accentuate the ‘explore’ aspect of the game? Perhaps a technology (long range scanners/probes) could allow a player to peek at a facedown token when they take a move/warp action?

During your earliest Empires of the Void II game play videos the players are traveling to and developing the far-side regions of planets as opposed to interacting with the capital regions. These far-side regions are also depicted on the latest images of your prototype. I find their presence in your design to be extremely thematic! Is it true that you have decided to reduce the planets to a single space? If so, what conclusions led to this decision?

None of your previous titles included miniatures. Can you share your thoughts about how the miniatures offered (I am referring both to the Fusian Beast and SG minis of the original campaign were meant to enhance either the gameplay and/or atmosphere of EotV II?

Couldn't help but notice that the "Nomads of Earth" player board background has a distinct "Near and Far" feel to it. Does EotVII take place in the same universe as Arzium?

Is...is EotVII actually the story of how Arzium was founded? IS THE LOST RUIN A CRASHED STARSHIP???

Since the introduction of the big board there has been mention of starting scenarios, can you elaborate a little on what that looks like? Relatedly, does this have any impact on what event cards are shuffled into the deck as in, are there some scenarios with corresponding event cards?

This scenario aspect excites me, seems like it plays well into your brands interest in engaging stories.
